Managing rheumatoid arthritis and daily stress presents its challenges, but the tactile process of crafting artisanal sourdough and other baked goods keeps my hands moving and my mind grounded. As a registered dietitian, I bring that same deep appreciation for wellness into the kitchen, ensuring that everything I bake is crafted with intention and the highest quality flour available. Every loaf and pastry I create represents patience, resilience, and science.
My passion for intentional creation also extends beyond the oven to my handcrafted reusable beeswax wraps, which reflect the same mindful, sustainable care I put into my food. Used for covering bowls or wrapping produce, these wraps use the warmth of your hands to create a seal. Made from organic cotton, local beeswax, and jojoba oil, they are naturally antibacterial and fully compostable. Simply wash in cool, soapy water and air dry to reuse for up to a year.

Preorders close each week on Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST so your bread has time to rise, bake, and cool before pickup.
Pick up your order on Saturdays during non-holiday weeks at Bluebelle Local Mercantile. Holiday pickup days will be announced the week before.
